The tensile test is a standardized test method in destructive materials testing. Tensile strength, yield strength, elongation after fracture, reduction of area and other material properties can be determined, depending on the requirements.

- Tensile test to 400 KN according to EN ISO 6892-1
- Tensile test to 400 KN according to ASTM A 370
- Transverse tensile test to 400 KN according to EN ISO 4136
- Through thickness tensile test to 100 KN according to EN 10164
- Hot tensile test to 100 KN and up to 900°C according to EN ISO 6892-2
