Erne Fittings: 100 % Ownership of Erne Fittings Middle East co. ltd

The internationally active Erne Group with headquarters in Schlins acquires the 50% share from the former joint venture partner of Erne Fittings Middle East co. ltd. and thereby becomes 100% owner of the manufacturing location in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Erne Fittings Middle East co. ltd. located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, is within the Erne Group one of four manufacturing locations for buttwelding fittings. The state of the art plant serves the important Middle East market. In this economic zone strongly influenced by the oil industry, Erne Fittings is the only local manufacturer for high-end buttwelding fittings. Strategic and sales-based considerations led to the take over of the shares of the former joint venture partner, Mada Company for Industrial & Commercial Investments, as per the end of December 2011.

Erne Fittings is a worldwide leading supplier of premium piping components, such as elbows, tees and reducers, in the approved market. The major applications for buttwelding fittings are in power generation plants, refineries, industrial facilities, pipelines as well as in numerous other demanding applications in the steel piping construction industry. With the daughter company ELB-Form in Vandans, the international Erne Group also serves the automobile industry.
